Unacceptable Materials Agreement

To avoid additional charges or penalties, please abide by the disposal rules and restrictions listed below for all Tropical Trash dumpster rentals.

  • Do not let materials stick up higher than the sides of the dumpster.
  • Do not overfill the dumpster (the maximum weight allowance is 10 tons).
  • Do not put any of the following unacceptable materials listed below in the dumpster:

  • Aerosol Cans
  • All Liquids
  • Appliances
  • Asbestos
  • Automotive Fluids
  • Batteries
  • Chemical Products
  • Contaminated Oils (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.)
  • Dirt
  • Electronics
  • Drums / Barrels
  • Fluorescent Bulbs
  • Food Waste
  • Hazardous Waste
  • Hydraulic / Motor Oil
  • Industrial waste
  • Lead Paint Chips
  • Medical Waste
  • Oil Filters
  • Other Flammable Liquids
  • Paint (except completely dried latex paint cans, no liquids)
  • Pesticides & Herbicides
  • Petroleum-Contaminated Soil
  • Propane Tanks
  • Radioactive Material
  • Railroad Ties
